The project
A whole cartoon world built to fit one narrow deck.
The artwork follows the shape of the skateboard from top to bottom: a bright sun and hand-drawn lettering open the scene, a playful skater lifts a board through the center, and curling blue waves carry the SK8 BRD BUS mark toward the tail.
Bold outlines, pink hardware, turquoise sky, and acid green keep the design readable from a distance. The vertical movement lets every part of the deck participate in the story instead of treating the board as a simple rectangular print surface.
