The project
A neighborhood story wrapped around a can.
The Mango Hill label celebrates one of Hialeah’s best-known neighborhoods through details that feel familiar to the community. Mangoes and welcoming hands circle the title, while layers of decorative ironwork reference the gates and patterns seen throughout local homes.
The result is colorful and playful from a distance, but rewards a closer look with smaller pieces of place, history, and personality. It is an example of cultural illustration working as both packaging and visual storytelling.
